The choices in the tracker info dropdowns. They are shared with everyone, and anything else can still be typed on the job. Lights setup has its own list under TM companies and lights.

TM companies and lights

Shared with everyone. Each ticked job picks one company, and the Book TM email has a section per company. Separate several email addresses with a semicolon.

Council CSV: add both exports

Street Manager keeps change requests (the -CR- numbers) in a separate list, so both exports are needed every time. Export them one straight after the other.

1. Permits export (Permit applications list)

2. Change requests export (Change Requests tab)

3. Reinstatement export (optional: marks dig sheets registered and tracks interims)

โš  Council corrections

The council file always wins: it is what was submitted. These entries were different, so they have been changed to match it. Each job shows a red COUNCIL CORRECTED chip until someone opens it.

People

Everyone in one list: logins and gang members. Access: Edit can change the planner, View can only look. Category: Office, Supervisor or Gang. View with Office or Supervisor sees every job (no phone numbers); View with Gang sees their own gang's jobs, plus a gang they cover for on those days. Gang members can be listed without a login. Only Permit can give the "Manage users" right.

Planner and tracker links

If the planner is published at a new address, paste it above so the copy button gives the right link, and update the SharePoint link too. A new tracker must be a Google Sheet with a tab called Planner Data, headings in row 1, and edit access for the planner owner. The planner data moves into it as soon as you save.

Move to new server

Permit only. This tab uses the new server (api.plannerplus.co.uk). Nothing here writes to the tracker sheets.

Import from Google

Copies the users (with their passwords), the planner data, the settings and the links from the Google planner into the new server. Everyone on the new server is logged out and logs in again with their usual password.

Freeze Google

Freeze stops the Google planner taking saves: anyone still on it is told the planner has moved. Do it just before the final import at switchover. Unfreeze puts the Google planner back as it was.

Websites and logo

These settings are shared with everyone who uses the planner.

Permit websites (right-click a permit number to open them)

Put {permit} in the link where the permit number should go, for example https://example.com/search?q={permit}. A site without {permit} opens normally and the permit number is copied, ready to paste.
